Program Assistant, EFNEP Adult and Youth

Fred Paul is a Program Assistant with Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) working with limited resource children, families and caregivers to improve health. Fred uses interactive methods to teach participants about cooking skills, food resource management, food safety, and evidence-based nutrition.

Fred earned his Associates of Applied Science - Dietetic Tech and Associates of Applied Business - Culinary Arts from Cincinnati State Technical & Community College.
