Chef Pamela Tramble-Johnson is our newest program assistant with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Program (EFNEP) serving Hamilton County youth and adults from limited resource families. Chef Pamela has over 30 years of extensive experience in Food Service Management including federal government, local school districts and universities where she served as Director, Operations Manager, Consultant and District Chef among other roles. She is also the principal CEO and Founder of Princess Pamela's Party Cake Shoppe, specializing in Wedding and Designer Cakes.

Chef Pamela received her American Culinary Certificate (ACF) 1995-2017 Atlanta Arts Institute School Culinary Arts and Johnson & Wales University. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management from Union Institute and University.

She is pleased that she has a chance reach the goal that she formed at the age of 11 years; "Once I become a Chef, I will give back to students and adults." Her goal is now being fulfilled and we are thrilled to have her on the team!
