The vision for this year’s Cincinnati Buckeye Run-Walk-Ride is a community focused event with opportunities for both in person and virtual engagement. You can get involved now by signing up here:

This year we are asking participants to commit to a 5K, 10K or 15K route.

  • If you complete your 5K you'll get a 4-H Ribbon.
  • If you complete your 10K you'll get a 4-H wrist band.
  • If you complete your 15K you'll get a Medal.

To assist you in your effort you are invited to join our 4-H and OSU Extension staff for the following activities!

Run to and through Spring Grove. 3.2 Miles

Smale Riverfront Park

Ride from Smale Park to Friendship Park and back. 3.2 Miles

Washington Park

Take a walk through historic Over-the-Rhine to Findlay Market.

Cincinnati Art Museum

Run through Eden Park. 3.2 Miles

Lunken Airport

Ride the 5-mile loop beginning at the café.

Due to the current wave of COVID cases, it is prudent to offer flexible opportunities for engagement. The outdoor and virtual activities allow us to come together and still provide responsible avenues for engagement among those who are the most vulnerable in our community.

As usual, the Cincinnati Buckeye Run-Walk-Ride is a free event but a suggested donation of $35 is accepted to support Hamilton County 4-H if that is withing your means! Thanks to the generous support of Dr. Nancy and Col. David Bull donations will be matched dollar for dollar.
