Ohio State University Extension provides a personal financial management instructional course throughout Ohio, and it is now being offered in Hamilton County! The class, called New Start, is approved by the Department of Justice to provide the Bankruptcy Court's required certificates of completion for bankruptcy filers, and is open to EVERYONE!
