WHAT IS 4-H??

4-H is a non-formal educational, youth development program offered to individuals age 5 to 18.

Youth are involved in hands-on, experiential learning that allows learning by doing.   All 4-H programs focus on active involvement and quality experiences which stimulate lifelong learning of values and skills.

4-H Youth Development encompasses many different aspects of the world around us.  Not only do we focus on the agricultural world, but we also focus on community service, teen leadership, peer teaching, and much more!

When a youth begins his/her 4-H career, a whole new world opens up!  This world offers trips, scholarships, friendships, teaching opportunities, and incredible learning opportunities.
